摘  要:目的:研究2种金莲花茎叶中总黄酮含量的积累动态。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法于500nm处测定4~9月份采集的两种金莲花的茎叶中总黄酮的含量。结果:2种金莲花茎叶的总黄酮含量最大值分别为6.34%和5.82%,且均在6月下旬达到峰值。结论:2种金莲花的茎叶部分可以作为金莲花的新药源;北京地区金莲花茎叶的最佳采收时间为6月下旬。Objective: To study total flavonoids content in stems and leaves of TroUius chinensis Bge. and Trollius ledebouri Rchb. at different collection period. Methods: Using rutin as a reference substance, total flavonoids in stems and leaves at different collection period were determined by UV absorption at 500 nm. Results: The maximal contents of total flavonoids were 6. 34% and 5.82% respectively, which appeared in the the last ten-day of June. Conclusion : The best collection period in Beijing was the last ten-day of June. The stems and leaves had high value in use.
