人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染致豚鼠输卵管上皮细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染导致输卵管妊娠的机制。方法培养豚鼠原代输卵管上皮细胞,用人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染,显微镜下观察输卵管上皮细胞的形态学变化,并用Western blot法检测细胞凋亡关键蛋白caspase-3的变化。结果豚鼠原代输卵管上皮细胞被人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染后,显微镜下观察到典型的细胞凋亡特征,Western blot检测发现细胞凋亡关键蛋白caspase-3活化成两个亚基。结论人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染后引起豚鼠输卵管上皮细胞凋亡,人单纯疱疹病毒-2型感染引起输卵管上皮细胞凋亡是输卵管妊娠的机制之一。Objective To research the mechanism of tubal pregnancy caused by HSV-2.Methods Guinea Pig uterine tubal epithelial cells were separated and cultured,and then infected with HSV-2.The change of uterine tubal epithelial cell was observed,and the change of caspase-3 that is key protein of apoptosis was detected.The relation between HSV-2 and human uterine tubal epithelial cell apoptosis was discussed.Results After Guinea Pig uterine tubal epithelial cells were infected with HSV-2,the changes of uterine tubal epithelial cells were observed,and the cells showed classic apoptosis.The change of Caspase-3 was also detected,and caspase-3 was activated and formed into two subunit.Conclusion HSV-2 can cause the apoptosis of Guinea Pig uterine tubal epithelial cell.It is one of tubal pregnancy mechanisms that HSV-2 causes the apoptosis of Guinea Pig uterine tubal epithelial cell.
