恒温条件下吗啡对丝光绿蝇发育规律改变与死者死亡时间推断的相关研究

摘　　要：目的了解吗啡对丝光绿蝇生长发育的影响为刑事调查推断死者死亡时间提供科学依据。方法用0.5、1.0、2.0倍致死量吗啡注射家兔,处死后取家兔四肢肌肉组织,28℃恒温条件下分别诱丝光绿蝇雌性产卵,饲养至羽化。结果吗啡缩短了丝光绿蝇的发育历期,最大值达84h,且改变了丝光绿蝇幼虫的体长、体重及蛹重。结论此结果可应用于法医昆虫毒理学吗啡致死案件中死者死亡间隔时间(PMI)的推断。Objective To study the effects of morpine in muscle on the rate and pattern of development of Lucilia sericata,which will help provide scientific evidence for deducing the postmortem interval（PMI） in criminal investigation.Methods The rabbits were given morphine of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 times lethal doses via vein injection.The muscle from the rabbits were taken down and stored after they were sacrificed.At 28 ℃,the larvae were reared on the tissues to adult emerged.Results The group reared on the muscles of 2.0 times lethal doses was extended 84 hours than the control group.Morphine also changed both the length,the weight of larvae and weight of pupae.Conclusion This study demonstrated that it is necessary to consider the possible effects of drugs in tissues on flies growth rates when estimating the postportem interval（PMI） using entomological techniques.
