摘  要:目的探索一种既简便又能用于大量收集和培养旋毛虫成虫的方法。方法在旋毛虫肌幼虫收集方法的基础上,结合现有方法和旋毛虫成虫的特点改进试验。结果10只成年大鼠,每只大鼠感染8000条旋毛虫脱囊幼虫,收集到纯净成虫约44600条,回收率55.75%。培养24h后成虫活动活跃,并产生新生蚴,运动活泼。结论该法是一种既简便又能用于大量收集纯净的?活力较好的旋毛虫成虫的方法。Objective To explore a simple method used in massively collecting and culturing Trichinella spiralis adult.Methods Based on the method of collecting T.spiralis muscle larvae,combined with several methods the literatures reported,and the characteristic of T.spiralis adult,then improved experiment method.Results Ten adult rats were inoculated with 8 000 T.spiralis excysted larva per rat by the oral route.And 44 600 pure T.spiralis adults were collected,recovery-ratio was 55.75%.T.spiralis adults were active and born newborn larva during culture for 24 hours,and newborn larvae moved actively.Conclusion The method is simple and can be used in massively collecting pure,alive T.spiralis adult.
