摘 要:目的了解德阳市中小学生的心理健康现状,探索一条青少年学生心理健康教育医校共育新模式。方法采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT—CR)量表对德阳市四所学校小四至高二年级共2120名学生进行调查研究。结果德阳市中小学生心理健康状况存在较多问题,尤其是学习焦虑问题较多。农村学生与城市学生在6个分量表调查项目上存在显著差异。女生较男生在学习焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向以及恐怖倾向方面更容易出现问题。结论德阳市中小学生心理健康问题应引起相关卫生、教育部门的重视。针对不同地域、不同性别的学生开展针对性的健康教育及干预。加强卫生部门的社会职责,建立“医校共育”新型校园心理健康教育模式,是解决青少年学生心理健康问题的新型手段和可行之举。Objective To study the mental health status of the middle and primary school students in Deyang, and to investigate a new mode which hospitals and schools together participated in mental health education. Methods A total of 2120 students from four schools in Deyang were investigated with the Mental Health Test ( MHT - CR). Results The middle and primary school students'mental health status showed many problems in Deyang, especially in the learning anxiety. There were significant differences between the countryside and city students in 6 factors. The female students had more problems in the learning anxiety, self - reproach tendency, irritability tendency and terror tendency than that of male. Conclusion The middle and primary school students'mental health status was not good, to which the health and education administration must pay attention. Direction health education and intervention must be carried out among students with different district and sex. to enhance the responsibility of health administration and to set up a mode which hospitals and schools together participated in mental health education may be a new and feasible pathway to solve the teenagers studentsMental Health problems.
