摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱容量对声诺维(Sono Vue)造影图像质量的影响。方法使用Sequoia512彩超仪,观察声诺维1.0 mL对30例受检者不同膀胱容量(80±20)mL、(160±50)mL、(320±60)mL膀胱壁显影结果的影响。结果膀胱容量为(160±50)mL时膀胱壁显示最清晰;(80±20)mL时膀胱充盈不佳,膀胱壁模糊不清;(320±60)mL时膀胱壁变薄,造影剂增强不明显。结论膀胱造度充盈容量为(160±50)mL时膀胱壁各层结构造影图像质量最佳。Objective To explore the relationship between the volume of bladder and contrast-enhanced ultrasound of Sono Vue. Methods Thirty cases of healthy volunteers underwent three times （bladder volume 80 ± 20 mL 160± 50 mL and 320 ± 60 mL respectively） 1.0 mL SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations by Sequoia 512. Probe：4C1-S, imaging technique： CPS; MI： 0.21; injection mode： 5 mL 0.9% NaCl injection just after bolus injection of Sonovue via peripheral vein; the progress were recorded by VCD and workstation. Results Bladder layer could be observed more clearly at bladder volume 160 ± 50 mL than 80±20 mL and 320±60 mL. Conclusion There is close relationship between volume of bladder and contrast-enhanced ultrasound of Sono Vue.
