基于产业发展及其用地关系的土地利用分区研究——以长株潭城市群为例

摘　　要：以长株潭城市群区域为研究对象,基于Granger检验分析1996-2005年产业发展及其用地变化关系,建立产业发展土地投入、产业用地经济密度、产业用地人口密度、产业发展生态约束及产业用地生态效率五方面共15个分区指标,运用层次聚类法将区域划分为北部一二产业重点用地区、南部一二产业培育用地区、中部二三产业重点用地区、东部二三产业培育用地区、西南一三产业重点用地区,以促进形成城市群主体功能区。With Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan megalopolis as the object of the research, and according to the relationship between industrial development and land use change, this paper establishes fifteen regionalization indexes, which involve land input and ecological restriction of industry development, economical intensity, population intensity and ecological efficiency of industry land. To promote the shaping of the main body function, the paper conduct a quantitative analysis of land use regionalization with hierarchical clustering method, dividing the region into five specific areas, including the first and second industrial land in the northern part, the fostering areas of the first and the second industrial land in the southern part, the central and the eastern areas of the second and the third industrial land, and the southwest region of the first and the third industrial land.
