摘　　要：针对某型插头基座的结构特点和现有模具存在的问题,对模具结构进行了分析论证,确立了拉板摆块二次顶出结构,解决了插头基座孔内表面发黑和外形表面有毛刺的问题。According to structure characteristics and problems in the existing mold of the plug base, analyzed the mold structure, as well as secondary ejection structure by tension plate pendulum block was established, in addition, solved the problems of internal surface of the plug base becoming dark and out surface having burr.
