摘  要:不同抗旱性小麦幼苗的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性在细胞内分布存在差异,表现在抗旱品种的叶绿体和细胞溶质SOD活性、植株总SOD活性高于不抗旱品种,而线粒体SOD活性低于不抗旱品种.干旱处理后,SOD活性增加,抗旱品种酶活性增加值高于不抗旱品种.本研究还观察到8条SOD同工酶酶谱,其中干旱诱导胚芽细胞溶质产生一条新酶谱.The results indicated that the distribution of SOD attivity varied with organelles. For chloroplasts (1000 × g precipitate fraction) and cytoplasmic fraction (11000 ×g supernatant) the drought resistant cultivar had higher SOD activity than the drought sensitive one. But for mitochondria (11000 × g pellet fraction) , the drought sensitive cultivar had higher SOD activity. Under the drought condition, total SOD activity increased greatly in the drought resistant cultivar compared to the drought sensitive one. Polyacryla-mide gel electrophoresis showed eight SOD isoenzyme bands for wheat seedlings. A new isoenzyme band was induced by water stress in the cytoplasmic fraction of the coleoptiles (including first leaves) .
