摘　　要：以H社区的参与状况为例,分析了社区参与的特点和社区参与的影响因素,并提出加强社区参与、推进社区建设的相关对策建议。Social capital is built on the relationship between the people on the basis of the network＇s feelings, trust, norms, It can make full use of social resources, and the people through the promotion of coordination between community actions to improve the efficiency of the body and common members of the quality of life. Based on social capital theory, the involvement of citizens in community building, On the basis of this, as well as how to educate the community on social capital to enhance the participation of citizens, the establishment of a harmonious community.
