摘  要:目的:探索气郁质的相关影响因素。方法:以标准化的中医体质量表采用现况调查筛选气郁质与非气郁质,以气郁质(0=非气郁质,1=气郁质)为因变量,以单因素分析有显著意义的因素为自变量进行二项分类Logistic回归分析。结果:小学学历、喜甘甜、喜辛辣、无既往病史进入回归模型。结论:"因病致郁"是形成气郁质的重要机制。Objective :To explore the related influencing factors of Qi-stagnation constitution. Methods: Participants with Qi-stagnation constitution and ones without Qi-stagnation constitution were screened using standardized constitution questionnaire in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of cross-sectional investigation. A binomial Logistic regression was carried out on the basis of Qi-stagnation constitution (0 = no, 1 = yes) as dependent variable and significant factors screened by sigle factor analysis as independent variables, Results :Primary school education background, preference for sweet and pungent foods and past medical history entered into the regression equation. Conclusion. Diseases induced Qistagnation is an important mechanism for Qi-stagnation constitution.
