加味当归补血汤含药血清对人肺癌细胞株A549增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味当归补血汤荷瘤鼠含药血清对人肺癌细胞A549增殖的影响。方法:应用加味当归补血汤灌胃荷瘤Wistar大鼠,10日后采集含药血清体外培养A549,MTT测细胞活性,流式细胞法测细胞周期、调亡。结果:加味当归补血汤荷瘤鼠含药血清能够显著抑制A549细胞增殖,且呈剂量时间依赖性,可阻滞A549细胞的细胞周期,使G2/M期细胞增多,S期细胞减少,同时诱导A549细胞的凋亡。结论:加味当归补血汤含药血清体外具有抑制A549细胞生长,其抑制作用可能是通过使细胞周期抑制于G2/M期和诱导细胞凋亡而实现。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Serum containing modified Danggui BuXue decoction on lung adenocarcinom cell line A549. Methods ：Time and dose effects of Serum were deceted using MTT color metriassay and the influences in the cell cycle and the apoptosis were observed through flow cytometry. Results ：Serum containing modified Danggui BuXue decoction could inhibit the growth of A549 cell line in a dose - depended manner. The cytometry confirmed that it could arrest the lung cancer cells from G2/M to S stage and induce A549 cells apeptosis. Conclusion ：Serum containing modified Danggui BuXue decoction can inhibit A549 cell line, and the mechanism may be related to the in- fluence in the cell cycle and induction of apoptosis.
