急性脑中风患者血清S100B表达水平与中医证型相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑卒中不同证型患者在各不同时间点血清S100B蛋白表达的差异性,并与正常人进行比较。方法:测定100例急性卒中患者(中脏腑37例,中经络63例)和40例正常人对照组血清S100B蛋白含量,采用ELISA法测定。结果:病后1天、3天时中脏腑组患者血清S100B水平高于中经络组(P<0.01),这两组血清S100B水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。中医各证型S100B蛋白水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01),风火上扰、痰湿蒙神、痰热腑实3型高于其他4型(P<0.01)。结论:在脑中风初期中脏腑组、中经络组患者血清S100B蛋白表达水平较健康人增高,中脏腑组高于中经络组;中医各证型S100B蛋白水平高于正常对照组,风火上扰、痰湿蒙神、痰热腑实3型高于其他4型。发病初期血清S100B蛋白增高对中风患者的病情判断及预后评估有一定的指导意义。Objective ：Research the variability of blood serum s100b proteinum expressed in different timespot in the patient on different type of syndrome in Acute stroke, to combine with health adult. Methods ： Blood serums100b protein level of 37 examples apoplexy involving the Zang - Fu organs syndrimes of 63 examplesapoplexy involving the meridian and collateral syndrimes and 40 examples with health adult on control group in all about 100 Acute stroke patients determineed with enzyme -labeled immunosorbent assay. Result ：The blood serum s100b protein level ofapoplexy involving the Zang - Fu organs syndrimes in one or thtee days after disease is higher than those of（ apoplexy involving the meridian and collateral syndrimes（ P 〈0.01 ） ,the blood serum s100b protein level of those two groups is higher than the normal control （P 〈0.01 ）. The blood serum s100b protein level in the different type of syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine is higher than the normal control（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and those three groups in hyperactivity of wind and fire syndrome, rap the heart and spirit by phlegm and damp, Fu - organ accumulation of phlegm and heat are higher than the other four groups. （ P 〈0. 01 ） Conclusion ：①the blood serum slOOb protein level in of （ apoplexy involving the Zang - Fu organs syndrimes and apoplexy involving the meridian and collateral syndrimes）in the incipience of stroke is higher than the health adult, while those in （apoplexy involving the Zang- Fu organs syndrimes）in is higher than than those in（ apoplexy involving the meridian and collateral syndrimes）, the blood serum slOOb protein level in the different type of syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine is higher than the normal control, those hyperactivity of wind and fire syndrome, rap the heart and spirit by phlegm and damp, Fu - organ accumulation of phlegm and heat three groups are higher than the other four groups.
