宣肺祛瘀通络法治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:评价和比较服用宣肺益气、化痰通络中药汤剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将100例AECOPD患者随机分成治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组:采用西药常规治疗;对照组:采用西药常规治疗治疗基础上,服用宣肺益气、化痰通络中药汤剂治疗15天。结果:治疗组和对照组相比症状明显好转,评分明显下降,两组之间差异有显著性。治疗组FEV1和FEV1占预计值百分比均有所提高,血气分析有较明显改善,两组之间差异有显著性,且治疗过程中无不良反应。结论:采用宣肺祛瘀通络的中西医结合方法治疗AECOPD与对照组比较,显效率和总有效率明显优于对照组,肺功能、血气分析有较明显改善,经统计学处理有显著性差异,较单纯西医常规治疗有明显优势,值得临床推广。Objective ：To evaluate and assess the efficacy and safety of ventilating the lung and Blood Stasis Activating Collaterals in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. （AECOPD）. Methods ： 100 cases with AECO- PD were randamized into the treatment group of 50 cases and the control group of 50. The patients in the control group were treated by a western medicine routine therapy while the patients in the treatment group reeieved a therapy of ventilating the lung and blood stasis activating collaterals on the achieved therapeutic basis of the contral group for 15 days. Results ： Integral decreased significantly in treatment group as compared with control group. Clinical symptoms, FEV1 and FEV1%, Blood gas analysis were also Improved significantly. And the course of treatment had no adverse reaction, Conclusion ：The effects on therapy of AECOPD by the the Use of ventilating the lung and Blood Stasis Activating Collaterals were remarkable and safety. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment had obvious advantages vs Western medicine conventional therapy alone,and was worthy of clinic application.
