丙烯腈与其共单体的室温引发乳液聚合 (Ⅲ)丙烯腈/醋酸乙烯酯浓乳液体系的研究

摘　　要：研究了丙烯腈／醋酸乙烯酯混合物的室温引发、自加热的浓乳液聚合方法。对浓乳液体系的各参数，包括分散相的体积分数、表面活性剂的浓度、用量以及助表面活性剂的用量等进行了系统的研究。A novel polymerization procedure,the concentrated emulsion polymerization of AN/VAc composites was proposed. The concentrated emulsion,which possesed several advantages including the small volume of the continuous phase,the large oilwater interfacial area etc. was investigated. The effects of concentrated emulsion variables (the concentration and amount of sodium metabisulfite,the amount of polyvinyl alcohol) were also investigated,and finally the optimum polymerization procedure was achieved.
