摘 要:目的:探讨丹皮多糖2b(PSM2b)对糖尿病性大鼠糖化血红蛋白、血糖、血浆SOD、MDA含量及血液流变学的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素联合完全弗氏佐剂诱导糖尿病大鼠,将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组,PSM2b低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组和正常对照组,连续ig给药60 d,于给药后15 d、35 d、60 d,检测血糖,末次给药后检测糖化血红蛋白、SOD、MDA及血液流变学指标。结果:与模型组比,PSM2b各剂量组均能明显降低造模大鼠的血糖和糖化血红蛋白(P<0.01),显著升高造模大鼠的SOD、降低MDA(P<0.01或P<0.05);PSM2b中剂量组明显降低大鼠全血黏度及血浆黏度(P<0.01)。结论:PSM2b能提高大鼠的抗氧化能力,改善大鼠的血液流变性,对防治糖尿病血管并发症有较好作用。AIM : To observe the effects of polysaccharides-2b from mudan cortex of Paeonia Suffruticosa Andr on glycocylation hemoglobion ( GHb ), blood glucose ( BG), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in serum and blood rheology of diabetic rats. METHODS : Diabetic rata were induced by associating streptozotocin (STZ) with freund's adjuvant complete (CFA), and then the diabetic rats were divided randomly into five groups: model group, polysaccharides-2b lower dose group (30 mg/kg), middle dose group (60 mg/kg) , high dose group ( 120 mg/kg) , positive group. Normal group was established additionally. PSM2b was perfused into stomach in diabatic rats for 60 days. The blood glucose was measured on the 10 th, 30 th and 60 th days. The rehologic indexes, GHb, SOD and MDA were measured on the 60 th days. RESULTS: Compared with model group, every administrative group of PSM2b were able to apparently reduce high blood glucose and GHb (P 〈 0.01 ), markly elevated the activity of SOD, lowered the content of MDA ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ; the middle dose group could significantly reduce the levels of whole blood viscosity and plasm viscosity in the meanwhile (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: PSM2b could enhance the ability of oxidation resistance, improve blood rheology property in diabetic rats, at the same time it could be beneficial to prevent and cure the development of diabetic blood vessel complication.
