摘 要:采用自行研制的常压低温等离子体设备,在不同气氛下对纯棉织物进行前处理。通过大量中试试验,得出既节约成本又节能减排的工艺方案,即等离子体处理→烧毛→半煮练→漂白。试验结果证实,经该等离子体设备处理后,再经后续工序处理,其半成品布毛效、断裂强力和白度等接近常规生产工艺,而煮练碱浓和汽蒸时间均较常规工艺降低三分一。Using the self-explored plasma equipment of atmosphere pressure and low temperature, the pretreatment of cotton fabric was carried out. Based on pilot-scale experiments, the processes with cost-saving and energy-saving and pollutant reduction were settled as follows: plasma treatment, singeing, semi-scouring, and bleaching. The experimental result showed that the capillary effect, breaking strength and whiteness of plasma treated semi-products was closed to that of conventional process.
