摘　　要：采用卷染机对宽幅织物进行一浴法退煮漂前处理,并进行了成本分析。实践证明,处理后的半成品毛效好,强力下降少,匀染性佳,手感柔软;与传统前处理工艺相比,该工艺具有节能环保,降低成本,提高生产效率和保证产品质量等优势。The one bath pretreatment of desizing, scouring and bleaching in jigger of broad cotton fabric is introduced. It is proved in practice that the treated semi - products features high capillary effect, less strength reduction, excellent levelness and soft handle. Compared with conventional process, the process has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, cost reduction, productivity increase and product quality assurance.
