摘　　要：新疆土地资源丰富,发展潜力很大,发展优势很强,但也存在许多问题:绿洲面积小,利用结构不合理,耕地质量差,水土不平衡,利用程度低,退化严重,规划不完善等,根据新疆土地详查资料,基于土地资源利用的现状特点,主要剖析了新疆土地资源可持续利用的障碍因素,并在此基础上提出了实现土地资源可持续利用的主要对策。Xinjiang is a region with rich land resources,huge development potential and great development advantages,but there exist some deficiencies,such as small Oasis area,unreasonable use structure of land,poor quality of cultivated land,disequilibrium between soil and water,low level of land use,serious degeneration of land,unperfect planning of land etc.According to the land survey data and the present condition of the land in Xinjiang,this paper mainly analyzed the obstacle factors of sustainable use of land resources in Xinjiang.Therefore,this paper put forward the specific and key countermeasures for the sustainable land use in Xinjiang.
