摘 要:为了满足某系统的要求,需研制带宽在X波段达4 GHz(40%)的宽带波导结环行器。文中采用Y形脊波导中心结形式,采用三阶等宽切比雪夫阶梯阻抗匹配器实现环行器宽带阻抗匹配,并利用HFSS软件优化环行器结构。设计的环行器实验结果为:在8.4 GHz至12.4 GHz范围内,插损不大于0.3 dB,隔离不小于20 dB,驻波不大于1.2。环行器设计结果与实验结果基本一致,表明该设计方法正确,设计的环行器满足系统宽带要求。A broadband X-band waveguide junction circulator is needed in a system, with bandwidth of 4 GHz(40%). In the design put forward in this paper, we use Y-junction of ridge waveguide and three-order Chebyshev of the same width stepped impedance transformer to realize the broadband impedance matching of the circulator, and the electric structure sizes of the circulator are solved by using HESS. The experimental results are presented, showing a maximum insertion loss of 0.3 dB, isolation greater than 20 dB from 8.4 GHz to 12.4 GHz, and the VSWR less than 1.2. The design results of the circulator accord with the experimental, which indicates the exactness of the design. The circulator is sufficient for the broadband requirements of the system.
