摘 要:系统地研究了meso-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉(TPyP)与Ag(Ⅰ)高灵敏显色反应及其荧光光谱分析应用。试验发现,在溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下的碱性介质中,AG(Ⅰ)与TPyP在室温下反应迅速完成,生成无荧光的Ag(Ⅰ)-TPyP络合物从而使TPyP的荧光强度熄灭。Ag(I)的浓度在0-80 μg/L与荧光强度熄灭值F呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.8μg/L。本法灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好。应用于相纸上与定影液中银的测定,与原子发射光谱法对照,结果吻合。A method has been developed for the determination of trace amount of silver(I) based on the fluorescence quenching effect of meso-tetra(4-pyridyl ) porphyrin (TPyP) by the formation of Ag-TPyP complex. This reaction can be proceeded in alkaline medium in the presence of cetylpyridinium bromide at room temperature. After addition of ethyl alcohol and sulfuric acid, the complex can be stable for more than six hours. The excitation wavelength and the emission wavelength of TPyP are 443 nm and 656 nm, respectively. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0-80 μg/L of silver(I). The detection limit is 0. 8 μg/L. Most of other ions do not interfere with the determination and this method has been applied to the determination of silver(I) in photographic paper and fixing bath with satisfactory re- sults.
