摘  要:分别采用一种镍基活性钎料和Co45NiCrWB钴基钎料,在1220℃下对镍基铸造高温合金K465进行了钎焊试验。结果表明,这两种钎料均可实现K465合金的钎焊。镍基活性钎料钎焊接头室温拉伸强度为862MPa,975℃持久强度基本达到母材性能指标的40%;Co45NiCrWB钎料钎焊接头室温拉伸强度为714MPa,975℃持久强度超过母材性能指标的40%,并可达到母材性能指标的50%。K465 superalloy was brazed with two kinds of filler metals,a nickel-based active filler metal and the Co45NiCrWB cobalt-based filler metal.Sound joints were obtained.The joints brazed with the nickel-based active filler metal gave the average tensile strength of 862 MPa at ambient temperature and the stress-rupture strength at 975℃ about 40% of that of the base metal,The average tensile strength of the joints brazed with the Co45NiCrWB filler metal was 714 MPa at room temperature. And the joint stress-rupture strength at 975℃ reached 50% of that of the base metal.
