肺炎衣原体ELISA抗原检测方法的建立和应用

摘  要:目的采用ELISA技术,建立肺炎衣原体抗原检测方法。方法建立酶联免疫吸附法,检测标本中的肺炎衣原体。采用常见的呼吸道病原体进行特异检测。对来自本院的560份临床咽拭子样本和肺泡冲洗液样本进行检测。采用流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和腺病毒进行特异性评价。结果本方法对流感病毒(甲型、乙型)、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、呼吸道腺病毒无特异性反应。对本院的临床样本检出13份,其中咽拭子4份,肺泡冲洗液9份。结论本肺炎支原体抗原检测方法可用于肺炎衣原体感染的辅助诊断。Objective To use the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology and found the Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP) antigen-detecting means. Methods The antigen-detecting means of ELISA was founded and applied to detect the 560 cases of clinical samples from Guangzhou Nanfang Hospital on 2007 were detected by the means. The kit' s differentiation were evaluated by the detecting of influenza A virus, influenza B virus, para-influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, and adenovirus. Results The antigen-detecting means has no crossing reaction to influenza A virus, influenza B virus, para-influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, and adenovirus. And can get postive detecting results to the 13 cases, including 4 cases of throad swabs and 9 cases of alveolus' washing liquid. Conclusion The ELISA antigen-detecting means of CP can be applied to the clinic diagnose in the CP' s infection.
