摘 要:报道了用高灵敏度的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)直接测定钕铁硼永磁材料中常量、少量及微量元素:Nd、Fe、Co、B、La、Ce、Pr、Dy、Gd、Sm、Al、Mn、Ca、Mg、Ga和Si的分析方法。选择了合适的分析线,研究了基体元素Nd、Fe、Co对被测杂质元素分析线的光谱干扰,采用基体匹配与背景扣除法进行校正。各被测元素的检出限为0.5~30μg/L,回收率为92~110%,相对标准偏差小于7%。本法已用于钕铁硼产品的快速检验,并获得了满意的结果。A highly sensitive ICP AES method for the direct determination of major,minor and trace elements including ,Nd,Fe,Co,B,La,Ce,Pr,Dy,Gd,Sm,Al,Mn,Ca,Mg,Ga and Si in Nd Fe B permanent magnet material has been developed.The suitable analytical lines were selected.The spectral interferences of the matrix elements Nd,Fe and Co to the spectral lines of the impurity elements determined were investigated and corrected by the matrix matching and background correction methods.The detection limits and the recoveries for the elements determined are 0.03~0.0005μg/mL and 92~110%,respectively with relative standard deviations of less than 7% .The advantages of the method are simplicity ,rapidity and good accuracy .It has been applied to product analysis,with satisfactory results.
