摘　　要：运用系统分析和可靠性理论对建筑消防系统运行可靠性的结构和指标体系进行论述。提出了消防系统运行可靠性的三维结构理论,并给出了相应指标的测算方法,为研究消防系统可靠性奠定了基础。Applied the system analysis viewpoint and the reliable theory, the paper dissertated the construction and index system of the effectiveness of fire equipment in building, it proposed three-dimenslonal structural theory, and indicated the corresponding index reckoning method, has laid the foundation for the research of the effectiveness of fire equipment in building.
