摘　　要：当前保险研究领域有两个相互关联的问题——Solvency Ⅱ与 DFA。Solvency Ⅱ是国际保险监管研究的问题,而 DFA 的使用与流行是国际保险公司为了应对包括新监管动向在内的发展趋势做出的适应性管理行为。通过对 Solvency Ⅱ程序与框架的概述,讨论了风险整合、激励相容的风险度量、保险公司失败预警、监管体系比较、市场约束等问题;提出了综合框架,描述了 DFA 各阶段的注意要项,分析其优缺点、负债建模、影响因素建模等问题;认为我国应该及早做出关于 Solvency Ⅱ与 DFA 研究的战略部署,找准研究的切入点。Currently, there are two related questions in the field of insurance research-SolvencyⅡ and DFA. Solvency Ⅱ is a research topic for international insurance regulators, while the usage and popularity of DFA is driven by global insurance companies as their response to the perceived development trend of insurance regulation. The paper made a review on the procedure and framework of Solvency II and elaborated on questions of risk integration, risk measurement for incentive allowances, insurer＇s failure pre-warning, comparison of regulatory systems and market restriction, etc. It proposed a comprehensive framework, described issues to be attended to at different stage and analyzed the framework＇s strengths and draw-backs, liability modeling and affecting factors modeling, etc. The paper concluded that China should make early strategic deployment on Solvency Ⅱ and DFA research and locate the starting-point correctly.
