摘　　要：通过四个时期贸易保护理论的回顾,说明了技术性贸易壁垒演化态势。首先是贸易保护主义理论的发展历程,而后分析了技术性贸易壁垒作为贸易保护手段的一种高级形式的演化态势。由此更深地理解技术性贸易壁垒的形成背景以及发展趋势,在应对贸易保护措施方面有很大帮助。Protectional trade theory in retrospect four periods of the protectional trade theory show the evolution trend of technical barriers to trade. After protectional trade theory, it will see the TBT＇s whole development while TBT is a kind of high form of protectional trade methods. It comprehend background reasons and the development trend of technical barriers to trade, to dealing with trade protection measures are very helpful.
