摘  要:试验研究了涂裹活性炭的制造工艺及配方。通过正交试验找出了较佳配方:乳化剂3份,稳定剂8份,粘结剂10份,水50份。由此配方所研制的涂裹炭,若原料岩碘值为680.6mg/g,耐磨强度为85.16%,则涂裹活性炭性能为:碘值645.1mg/g,耐磨强度为89.92%,炭粉减少率为98.7%;若原料炭碘值为1018.2mg/g,耐磨强度为82.21%,则涂裹活性炭性能为:碘值967.1mg/g。This paper deals with research on technology and formulation for preparation of coated activated carbon.Based on orthogonal experiment,an optimized formulation has been chosen as follows in portions:emulsifying agent 3,stabilizing agent 8,adhesive agent 10,water 50.When the iodine value of raw activated carbon is 680.6 mg/g and abrasive resistance 85.16%,the corresponding parameters of coated carbon prepared according to this formula are: iodine value 645.1 mg/g,abrasive resistance 89.92%,dedusting rate 98.7%. When the iodine value of raw activated carbon is 1018.2 mg/g and the abrasive resistance 82.21%,the parameters of the product are: iodine value 967.1 mg/g,abrasive resistance 87.92%,dedusting rate 98.5%.Comparing these performance parameters,it can be concluded that the experiment for coated activated carbon is successful with the potential to improve the application and performance of activated carbon.
