摘  要:对松香产品在工厂贮存、运输中转贮存和商贸仓库贮存等3个环节中的发红变质问题进行了试验研究。证明松香氧化是松香发红的根本原因;大面积大块发红是粉末松香氧化后再熔合的结果;松香内部的红色丝状物是松香破裂面氧化生成膜层再熔合所致;松香发白或呈不透明白色是氧化松香与雨水结合的表观现象;潮湿(或遭受雨水浸渍)可以加速松香的氧化;露天贮存松香是造成产品质量下降的根本原因;添加抗氧剂2,6-二特丁基对甲酚可防止松香氧化,效果十分明显。Occurrence of reddish color deterioration of rosin during three stages of storage in production factory,transportation and commercial warehouse was observed.It has been proved that autooxidation of rosin was the main factor causing the color chang.Large area reddish color of block rosin is the result of remelting of rosin particles after oxidation of their surfaces.The red filiform substance existing in the inner part of rosin is formed by remelting of the oxidized layers on the cracked rosin surfaces.White or nontransparent white surface of rosin is due to the combination of oxidized rosin with rainwater.Wet condition (or rosin immersed in rainwater) can accelerate oxidation.So storage in open is the major factor deteriorating the quality of rosin.It is found that addition of antioxidant 2,6ditertbuty1pcresol can effectively prevent rosin from oxidation.
