摘 要:报道二乙三胺N′,N(双)对乙酰氨基水杨酸N′,N″,N三乙酸(DTPA·2pAS)的合成、表征及其敏化铽离子发光的性能。利用荧光滴定方法确定了水溶液中螯合物的组成,研究了浓度、pH对荧光强度的影响,测量了螯合物激发态的寿命,研究了DTPA·2pAS从TbEDTA中取代EDTA引起的荧光变化。结果表明DTPA·2pAS可望在荧光免疫分析中用作荧光增强溶液。 new polyaminopolycarboxylic acid, diethylenetriamineN′,Nbi(pacetoaminosalicylic acid)N′,N″,Ntriacetic acid(DTPA·2pAS), has been synthesized. DTPA·2pAS can sensitize the luminescence of Tb3+ in aqueous solution. Fluorescent titration at pH 70 indicated an 1∶1 composition of Tb3+ to DTPA·2pAS for the complexes. The complexes exhibit intensely sensitzed fluorescence in a range of pH 50~120. The fluorescence intensity of the complexes increased when the concentration was raised up from 1×10-7 to 1×10-4 mol/L, and then decreased at 1×10-3 mol/L due to concentrationquenching. A replacement of EDTA with DTPA·2pAS in Tb3+EDTA complex solution led to increasement in Tb3+ sensitized luminescence intensity, suggesting formation of Tb3+DTPA·2pAS complexes and higher stability of these complexes than those of Tb3+EDTA, which has been confirmed by determination of stability constants with pH potentiometric titration. The results show DTPA·2pAS may be applied to fluorescent immunoassay as a “fluorescenceenhancement sdution”.
