摘 要:目的观察疾病健康教育路径对髋关节置换术患者的临床效果。方法将200例实施人工股骨头置换术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用一般健康教育方法,观察组则采用疾病健康教育路径对患者实施健康宣教。比较2组对疾病相关知识掌握情况和满意度。结果观察组对疾病相关知识的知晓率和满意度均高于对照组,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育路径有利于患者对相关知识的掌握并积极配合治疗护理,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of health education pathway on patients after hip replacement. Methods Patients after artificial hip replacement (200 cases) were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group adopted general health education method.The observation group was given health education according to health education pathway. The level of disease-related knowledge and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The level of disease-related knowledge and satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Health education pathway can facilitate level of disease-related knowledge and positive cooperation with treatment and nursing of patients as well as increase satisfactory degree of patients.
