摘  要:利用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱和荧光光谱研究了二氧化钛(TiO2)催化超声波照射对脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的损伤作用,同时对金红石型和锐钛矿型TiO2催化性能进行了比较。此外,还探讨了超声波照射时间,TiO2加入量,溶液酸度,超声波功率和离子的种类及强度等因素对DNA损伤的影响。结果表明,金红石型TiO2的催化效果明显好于锐钛矿型TiO2。在一定条件下,DNA的损伤程度随着超声波照射时间,功率和TiO2加入量的增加而增大,随着溶液酸度的增加而减少。而离子的种类和强度对DNA的损伤作用则表现出不同的影响。这一结果对TiO2催化超声波照射治疗肿瘤应用于临床肯有一定的意义。The damage of deoxyribounucleic acid(DNA)under ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of titanium dioxide (TiO2)was studied by ultraviolet-visible (UV- Vis)and fluorescence spectroscopy, and the catalytic performance of futile and anatase TiO2 was compared. Furthermore,the influence of ultrasonic irradiation time, TiO2 addition amount, solution acidity, ultrasound power, ionic kind and strength on the damage of DNA were also discussed. The results showed thst the catalytic performance of urtile TiO2 was evidently better than that of anatase TiO2 It was found that under a certain condition the damage degree of DNA molecule was aggravated with the increase of ultrasonic irradiation time, ultrasound power and TiO2addition amount ,but weakened with the inerease of solution acidity. However ,the influences of ionic kind and strength were different. The research results are of great significance for driving ultrasonic irradiation catalyzed by TiO2 to treat tumour in clinic application.
