摘  要:基于有限元软件ANSYS的二次开发环境,通过分析光学镜面支撑设计类型和方法,选取常用的Whiffle-tree作为镜面轴向支撑形式,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言实现有限元模型的参数化,并采用ANSYS用户界面设计语言,实现交互式菜单和图形界面,从而建立相对独立的专用的镜面轴向支撑系统设计的CAE模块,并以实例阐明借助该专用模块可提高工作效率,同时降低对用户专业知识的要求。The Whiffle- tree type axial support mechanism is widely adopted by most relatively large optical mirrors. Based on the secondary developing tools offered by the commonly used Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software ANSYS, ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) is used for creating the mirror FEA model driven by parameters, and ANSYS User Interface Design Language (UIDL) for generating custom menu of interactive manner, whereby, the relatively independent dedicated Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) module is embedded in ANSYS for calculation and optimization of axial Whiffle - tree support of optical mirrors. An example is also described to illustrate the intuitive and effective usage of the dedicated module by boosting work efficiency and releasing related engineering knowledge of user. The philosophy of secondary - developed special module with commonly used software also suggests itself for product development in other industries.
