摘 要:由低碳烃转化生成芳烃,高温下伴随裂解聚合生焦反应,催化剂需周期性再生方可保持高的芳烃收率和选择性。本文对GaZSM5低碳烃芳构化结炭催化剂的再生过程进行了研究,考察了载气气流配比、气体空速及烧炭温度对烧炭程度的影响,在此基础上选定了烧炭程序。在10ml、100ml反应装置上的在位烧炭结果表明,此烧炭程序能使催化剂上所结之炭完全脱出,催化剂活性完全恢复。并建立了宏观再生动力学方程。The regeneration of coked catalysts for propane aromatization has been studied in a 2ml stainless steel tube reactor The effects of O 2 partial pressure (0 48kPa ̄22 75kPa) in carrier (N 2), gas hour space velocity (600h 1  ̄2100h 1 ) and reaction temperature (450℃ ̄550℃) to the extent of combustion were examined Coke combustion programs for catalysts with coke content of 3% ̄10%) were determined and a regeneration kinetics equation was established The equation is: dC c/dt=5 93e (45 73×10 3/RT) P O 2 0.92 C c 1.05 Based on the investigation, the regeneration programs were used in 10ml and 100ml reactor systems for the deactivated catalysts from lower paraffin (propane, butane and butene, etc ) aromatization The regeneration resutles for the propane aromatization catalysts, which were on stream for more than 1000 h with a 50 hourcycle, showed that the oxidative regeneration programs were satisfactory
