摘　　要：阐述城市旅游的概念及其在旅游发展过程中的重要性,在了解国内外城市旅游研究进展的基础上,提出了城市旅游发展研究的主体框架,并对框架的主要内容,如城市旅游发展的基本内容(包括城市旅游形象、城市特色旅游、城市游憩商业区、环城游憩带、社会资源的旅游化和城市旅游产业集群等)、城市旅游经济影响的测度、城市旅游发展的对策措施等方面进行了系统分析.The paper states the concept of urban tourism and its significance, bring up the principal frame of research of urban tourist development, the main contents of which also are analysesed systemly. The principal frame include the basic contents of urban tourism development, the measure of economic effect and countermeasures of the development of urban tourism. The basic contents of urban tourism development include the distination image of urban tourism, the urban characteristic tourism, the recreation business district and recreation belt around cities, the tourism of social resources and industrial clusters of urban tourism.
