摘 要:目的探讨单侧输尿管部分梗阻后输尿管平滑肌自律性和收缩功能的改变。方法将Wistar大鼠80只随机分为4组:9周实验组(20只)、8周对照组(20只)、16周实验组(20只)、16周对照组(20只)。采用对大鼠左侧输尿管上1/2段腰大肌包埋造成单侧输尿管部分梗阻的动物模型。成模后于不同实验点分离大鼠输尿管进行离体肌条实验,测定肌条的收缩幅度和频率。结果8周实验组输尿管收缩力和收缩频率分别为(0.62±0.38)g,(9.3±3.4)次/30s,8周对照组分别为(0.25±0.39)g,(7.4±2.5)次/30s,实验组输尿管收缩力和收缩频率均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。16周实验组输尿管收缩力和收缩频率分别为(0.15±0.10)g,(6.4±1.7)次/30s,16周对照组分别为(0.41±0.38)g,(8.2±1.7)次/30s,实验组输尿管收缩力和收缩频率均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。8周实验组均高于16周实验组(P<0.05)。8周对照组与16周对照组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梗阻8周时输尿管平滑肌与对照组相比自律性和收缩力均增加,而梗阻16周比对照组输尿管平滑肌自律性和收缩力均降低。8周实验组输尿管肌条自律性和收缩力增加可能与代偿机制有关。Objective To analyze the effect ol partial unilateral ureteral obstruction (PUUO)on the autorhythmicity and contractile function of smooth muscle in rats. Methods Eighty Wistar rats had been divided into four groups by random: 8-week experimental group (n=20) and sham control group (n=20), 16-week experimental group (n= 20) and sham control group (n=20). Experimental animals left ureters (n=40) had been embedded the upper half into the psoas muscles. Sham control rats only received laparotomy. After the model arc established the rats are separated in different experimental point to carry out the experiment strip of the ureter muscle in vitro, the contraction extent and frequency of the muscle strip were determined. Results The ureter contractility and contractile frequency in 8-week experimental group were (0.62±0.38)g and (9.3±3.4)30s. and in the sham control group were (0.25±0.59)g and (7.4±2.5)30s. There was a significant increase in the 8-week experimental group compared with sham control group ( P〈 0.05). The ureter contractility, a. rrd contractile frequency of 16-week experimental group were (0.15±0.10)g and (6.4±1.7)60s. while sham control group were (0.41±0.38)g and (8.2±1.7)30s. There was a significant decrease in the 16- week experilnental group compared with sham control group(P〈0.05). Conclnsion The aulorhythmicity and contractility of smooth muscle in PUUO rats were increased at eight weeks ,while decreased at sixteen weeks. The reason that the autorhythmicity and contractility of smooth muscle in 8-week model rats increased may be due to compensation.
