摘　　要：从一起真实案例的控诉双方的诉辩入手,然后从安全保障义务的理论来源、特点、及其合理限度的判断标准等方面进行分析,对安全保障义务进行论述。The essay begins with the real case of the two sides of the prosecutor and the accused, it also indicates the sources, features and the judgement standards in the reasonable bound. Then the essay analyzes the duties of the supermarket in the case.
