摘　　要：信息规模的飞速膨胀和用户信息需求的多变性给信息机构带来了严峻的挑战,单一的信息机构难以及时、快速地满足各类用户的信息需求。本文将动态联盟的思想引入到信息机构运作中,以保证信息机构能把握住稍纵即逝的市场机遇,满足用户多变的信息需求。同时,给出了信息机构动态联盟的构建过程,并进一步分析了联盟中应注意的问题。The rapid expanding of information scale and the diversification of users＇ information demand bring severe challenges to information institutions, A single information institution can not satisfy the information demand of all users in time and quickly. In this paper, the idea of dynamic alliance is introduced into information institutions, which can help the information institutions grasp the fleeting market opportunities and satisfy the users＇ diversified information demand. Meanwhile, the constructing process of the dynamic alliance is proposed, and the problems in the dynamic alliance are analyzed in depth.
