摘　　要：文章以CALIS"十五"期间专题特色库子项目河洛文化文献专题数据库建设实践为例,总结专题数据库建库过程中的重要方略和关键技术,指出存在的问题,目的是为高校专题数据库建设提供参考与借鉴。Taking the practice of constructing the Special Topic Database for Heluo Culture as an example, which is a sub-project of the characteristic special topic database of CALIS in the tenth five-year plan period, this paper summarizes the important strategies and the key technologies in the construction of the special topic database, and points out the problems existing now. Its purpose is to provide references and lessons for universities in the construction of the special topic database.
