槐角中染料木素提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：为优化微波辐照法从槐角中提取、纯化制备染料木素的工艺条件,以槐角为原料,甲醇为溶剂,利用微波辐射,回流、水解提取染料木素。结果表明:在微波功率28-32W的条件下,槐角粉末(60目),液料比V/W(6∶1),回流提取时间(40min×3),收率2.06%,含量92.5%。结论:微波辐照法提取染料木素,方法简便、快速、高效。Objective ： Optimizing the extracting and purifying method of genistein from fruit of sophora japonica by Microwave Irradiation. Method： The genistein is extracted from fruit of Sophora japonica by methanol as solvent assisted by microwave irradiation reflux and hydrolyzation. Result： The result indicates that the optimal extracting condition for the fruit of sophora japonica is respectively： microwave irradiation time 40min × 3, at 28 - 32 W, the drug powder size （60mu） and the mass ratio between solid and solvent 1：6 （W/V）. The yield is 2. 06 %. The content of genistein is 92.5%. Conclusion ： The method of microwave irradiation drug extraction appears to be simple, fast and efficient.
