摘 要:为优化微波辐照法从槐角中提取、纯化制备染料木素的工艺条件,以槐角为原料,甲醇为溶剂,利用微波辐射,回流、水解提取染料木素。结果表明:在微波功率28-32W的条件下,槐角粉末(60目),液料比V/W(6∶1),回流提取时间(40min×3),收率2.06%,含量92.5%。结论:微波辐照法提取染料木素,方法简便、快速、高效。Objective : Optimizing the extracting and purifying method of genistein from fruit of sophora japonica by Microwave Irradiation. Method: The genistein is extracted from fruit of Sophora japonica by methanol as solvent assisted by microwave irradiation reflux and hydrolyzation. Result: The result indicates that the optimal extracting condition for the fruit of sophora japonica is respectively: microwave irradiation time 40min × 3, at 28 - 32 W, the drug powder size (60mu) and the mass ratio between solid and solvent 1:6 (W/V). The yield is 2. 06 %. The content of genistein is 92.5%. Conclusion : The method of microwave irradiation drug extraction appears to be simple, fast and efficient.
