圈养状态下白唇鹿(Cervus albirostris)昼间行为节律初步研究

摘　　要：2007年3～5月，采用目标动物取样方法（Focal Animal Sampling Method）与所有事件取样法（Au0c—Currence Sampling Method）对成都动物园圈养状态下白唇鹿的昼间行为节律进行了研究。共记录到白唇鹿4类共31种行为，初步构建了该物种行为谱。各种行为中以运动行为发生频次最高（52％）、摄食行为其次（27％）；休息行为（17％）与排泄行为（4％）发生频次相对较低。统计结果表明，在圈养状态下，在同一时间段内，白唇鹿各类行为发生频次差异显著（P〈0．05）；除摄食行为日发生频次差异显著外（P〈0．05），休息、运动与排泄行为日发生频次都没有显著差异（P〉0．05）。Between April and May of 2007, behavior rhythm of Cervus albirostris was studied in the Zoo of Chengdu. Frequency of gazing, resting, excretion and other 28 behaviors were investigated with focal animal sampiing method and all - occurrence sampling method. The results show that the behavior frequency of Cervus albirostris is： moving 52%, gazing 27%, resting 17%, excretion 4%. The statistic data suggests that occurrence of moving, grazing, resting and excretion varied significantly at different time. However, there exits no clear differences of occurrence of moving, resting and excretion except the grazing.
