摘　　要：报道经皮椎间盘镜腰椎间盘摘除系统（ＡＭＤ系统）行腰椎间盘摘除治疗３６例中老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的随访结果。本组随访平均２年８个月，优良率为７２．２％。认为适应证选择适当、选择最佳穿刺位置、尽可能多切取后侧椎间盘组织是手术后取得优良效果的关键。ＡＭＤ术是治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。This study reported a followup result of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD) with arthroscopy microdiscectomy system in thirtysix patients who were older than fifty years with lumbar disc herniation. The patients were followedup in an average period of 32 months. The excellent and good results were seen in 26 cases(72.2%). Reasonable selection of patients, the excellent insertion position and more posterior nucleus removed are the key of postoperative success. PLD is an effective way of the treatment of the patients who are older than fifty years with lumbar disc herniation.
