摘　　要：作者对1986年1月至1992年1月收治的325例多发性骨折脱位患者进行分析,提出对多发性骨折脱位要重视现场抢救,强调抢救生命为多发性骨折脱位的第一原则和早期进行内固定治疗及早期诊断和处理血管损伤的重要性。Between Jan 1986 and Jan 1992, 325 cases of multiple fracture - dislocation admitted to the hospital are analanized by the authors. The authors suggest that attention should be paid to the onsite treatment and lifesaving measures should be of the first importance for the treatment of multiple fracture- dislocation. The importance of early internal fixation and early diagnosis and managenent of vascular injuries are emphasized.
