白僵菌Bbfj菌株和苏云金杆菌林间防治马尾松毛虫应用研究

摘　　要：应用白僵菌Bbfj菌株、苏云金杆菌(Bt)粉剂及其不同配比的混剂对马尾松毛虫幼虫进行室内毒力测定和林间防治试验。结果表明,混剂防效好于白僵菌Bbfj和Bt单剂,而且有一定的速效作用;筛选出Bbfj与Bt粉剂以2∶1比例混合防治最适,大规模防治平均效果达90%以上。Bbfj与Bt混合防治是快速而持续控制马尾松毛虫的有效手段,为探索配制马尾松毛虫复合微生物杀虫剂提供了依据。The control effects of the mixed powder of Beauveria bassiana Bbfj strain, Bacillus thuringiensis for the larvae of Dendrorimus punctatus showed the use of mixture against D. punctatus in forests resulted in a higher mortality and quicker than that of Beauweria bassiana and Bacillus thuringiensis. Bbfi and Bt with 2 ： 1 are best, and the average effect of controlling on a large scale reaches 90 % . The mixture of Bbfj and Bt was an effective and sustainable control measure against D. punctatus, which provides a scientific basis for exploring the preparation of the compound microorganism pesticide for D. punctatus.
