保护和营造水源林对解决漓江枯水问题的意义

摘　　要：从漓江流域森林与水源林变迁的历史与水流量的关系、猫儿山林区水源林的地位和作用、漓江上游森林的水文功能现状等方面阐述了保护和营造水源林对漓江的重要性,保护和营造水源林是解决漓江枯水问题的最首要、最根本的措施,并提出了一些相应的建议。This paper discusses the importance of protecting and constructing water conservation forests to Lijiang River from the followings： the relationship between water flowing amount and variance history of the forests and water conservation forests in Lijiang River area, the status and function of Maoer Mountain forests to conserve Lijiang water conservation forests, and the upriver of Lijiang＇s ecohydrological function status, proves that protection and construction of water conservation forests is the first and essential measure to solve the drought problem of Lijiang River, and makes some corresponding suggestions.
