摘 要:目的:探索复制家兔实验性肺水肿动物模型的肾上腺素的合适用量,明确其在肺水肿形成过程中的作用。方法:实验组动物在大量静脉输入生理盐水的基础上,分别加输0.15-0.45mg/kg的肾上腺素,观察动物血压、呼吸状况、血气分析、肺系数和病理改变等指标的变化。结果:实验组动物均发生不同程度的肺水肿。实验过程中动物呈现血压先升高后下降及心率减慢的现象,并出现呼吸抑制、缺氧和呼吸性酸中毒的表现。结论:所用剂量肾上腺素导致家兔肺水肿主要机制在于其使皮肤、内脏的血液分布到肺脏,进一步增加肺毛细血管内压,促进肺水肿的形成。Objective: To understand the suitable dose of adrenalin in creating rabbit experimental pulmonary edema and further define its effects on formation of pulmonary edema. Methods: Based on the massive infusiofi of normal saline, experimental animals in 4 groups were infused adrenalin in 0. 15-0. 45mg/kg separately to observe the alterations of a series indices such as blood pressure, respiration, blood-gas analyses, pulmonary coefficient and pathological change. Results: In all experimental animals the pulmonary ederna occured in different degrees. During the experimental process, animals blood pressure increased, heart rate decreased. Animals presented with respiratory inhibition, hypoxia and respiratory acidosis. Condution:The main mechanisms for used dose of adrenalin resulting in pulmonary edema is to transfer the blood from skin and internal organs to lungs, so the blood pressure in pulmonary capillary is increased, thus promoting formation of pulmonary edema.
