曲灵双葛汤治疗酒精性肝病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中药曲灵双葛汤对酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法:选择酒精性肝病主要病变为脂肪肝的患者96例,随机分为治疗组48例,对照组48例。治疗组在对照组护肝治疗的基础上加用曲灵双葛汤150ml/次,2次/d,90d为1疗程。对比观察两组患者症状体征变化,以及肝功能、血脂水平。治疗前后进行B超检查。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组患者肝区痛、腹胀、肝肿大及肝脏B超显示脂肪肝影像消失或明显改善。TC(胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL-c(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、肝功能正常或接近正常,与对照组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:曲灵双葛汤可以缓解酒精性肝病脂肪肝患者的临床症状及体征,改善肝功能及肝脏影像学变化,降低血脂,临床疗效肯定。Objective： To evaluate the treatment efficacy of Quling Shuangge decoction on alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods： 96 patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group（n=48）and control group （n=48）. The patients in treatment group were treated with Quling Shuangge decoction （150ml, twice a day） for 90 days on the treatment basis of the control group. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical hematological and biochemical parameters,including liver function, blood lipids. Ultrasound examinations were performed in al1 patients before treatment and at the end of therapy. Results：After 90 days treatment the clinical symptoms and biochemical parameters in treatment group were improved compared with control group. The levels of TC,TG, LDL-c and liver function almost returned to normal. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Quling Shuangge decoction has a significant effect in improving the patients＇ clinical syndromes and liver functions, even changing the patients＇ liver ultrasound imaging and decreasing patients＇ blood lipid level.
