摘  要:目的:观察诱导时静注小剂量利多卡因后对气管插管过程中血流动力学的影响。方法:选择40例择期全麻病人(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级),随机分为两组(A组为试验组,n=20;B组为对照,n=20),全部采用咪唑安定+芬太尼+异丙酚+司可林诱导,其中A组在静注异丙酚时混合利多卡因,剂量为1mg/kg。观察并记录诱导期间HR、MAP变化。结果:B组诱导时的HR、MAP均显著高于A组(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论:静注异丙酚混合小剂量利多卡因在全麻诱导时对血流动力学反应有较好的预防作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of low dose lidoeaine by intravenous injection on hemodynamics when inducing and tracheal intubating. Methods: Forty patients undergoing selective operation under general anesthesia(ASA physical status Ⅰ and Ⅱ)were randomized into two groups(20 cases in each) :lidocaine group and control group. All patients were anesthetized with midazolam+fentanyl+propofol+seoline, and lidocaine group was given intravenously injection of lidoeaine with dose of 1mg/kg before propofol. Mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded before and after the injection and 0, 1, 5 and 10 min after tracheal intubatior. Results: MAP and HR was significantly lower in the lidocaine group than that in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Lidoeaine can attenuate the pressor response and the tachycardia associated with tracheal intubation.
