摘　　要：循环经济是在21世纪国际社会面临"人口、资源、环境"三大危机下推进可持续发展新的实践模式。建立循环经济评价指标体系是循环经济研究的重要内容。本文探讨了循环经济评价指标体系的设计原则、构建思路,并对其评价方法进行了深入研究。Circular economy is a new practical model to advance sustainable development in time of ＂population, resources and environment＂ crises in the 21st century. Establishing the evaluating indicator system plays an important role in circular economy study. This paper discusses the design principles and methods of the evaluating indicator system of circular economy and makes an intensive study of its evaluation methodology.
