摘　　要：为了满足工厂、矿山等各企事业单位中液体给定装置的高精度要求,提高液体给定智能化程度,以单片机为控制单元,结合各种传感器、执行机构以及一些相关的处理电路构成闭环控制系统,采用了PID算法、中值滤波算法等等,设计了一款高精度液体给定装置.该装置不但具有0.1mL给液精度,而且具有更高的智能化,可以实现自动校准功能、多种工作模式(自动注液、半自动注液、手动注液等)转换功能、完备的报警功能等.该装置可以广泛地应用在实验教学、医疗、化学工业、酒店等多种场合,特别是在农业精种上具有很大的开发前景.In order to make high precision and intelligent of liquid supply device better in factory and mine emterprise, this paper have designed a devices with SCM control uint, and it combine various sensors and implement agencies and some correlative processing circuitry, and make up of closed loop control system. Software design has used PID control algorithm and median filtering algorithm and so on. Not only the accuracy of injecting liquid is 0.1 mL, but also its intellectualization is higher. It has automatic calibration, multi-mode such as total automatic liquid supply, half automatic liquidsupply, manual liquid supply function, very good alarm functions and so on. It can be widely used in the experimental teaching, medical, chemical industry, hotels and other occasions. Particularly in agriculture, it is very fine species on the development prospects.
